Your membership covers most of your day-to-day healthcare needs:

• ✅ Annual physicals & wellness visits
• 🤒 Sick visits (in-person or virtual)
• 🧠 Mental health services
• ❤️ Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
• ✂️ Minor procedures (e.g., abscess drainage, skin tag removal, etc.)
• 🧑‍⚕️ Specialist coordination and referrals
• 🏡 Access to home-based care when needed (within 5 miles, $50 flat fee)
